Genuine Kasco Marine sacrificial anode assembly (243475) for units with a 1/2 in. motor shaft: the 2400, 3400 and 4400 series (1/2 to 1 HP) aerators, de-icers and fountains. Supplied unbagged.

- Fits 1/2 in. motor shafts on 1/2 to 1 HP Kasco units
- Each Kasco unit has a sacrificial anode to protect it against corrosion and electrolysis
- Replace it every year, or sooner if it is more than 50% depleted or white in color
- Check the anode at least every two to three months; corrosion is most common in salt or brackish water
