Find what your pond needs

Algae feeds on nutrients and sunlight. Beneficial bacteria use up the extra nutrients, pond dye shades out the light algae needs, and a phosphate binder locks up phosphorus.

Muck is leaves and waste rotting on the bottom. Bacteria pellets and slow-release blocks digest it, and aeration or circulation helps them work faster.

Fine particles keep water cloudy. A clarifier clumps them so they settle out, and a phosphate binder also cuts the nutrients that feed algae.

A lake rake pulls weeds out by the roots. A dock-mounted circulator keeps floating debris, weeds and muck away from your beach and dock.

For ponds shallower than 7 ft, our aeration guide recommends an aerating fountain. It moves water, adds oxygen and gives you a display.

For ponds 7 to 10 ft deep, our aeration guide recommends a surface aerator, or diffused aeration for retention basins and ponds 20 years or older.

Deeper than 10 ft, our aeration guide recommends diffused aeration: diffusers on the bottom lift and mix the whole pond.

Solar systems run off-grid, so you can aerate or run a fountain where there's no outlet.

A de-icer keeps water moving around your dock or lift so ice can't form there. A thermostat controller runs it only when it's cold enough, which saves power.

A floating fountain adds a display and some aeration. LED light kits make it a night-time feature.
