Description
The Kasco Marine RobustAire 10 is a diffused aeration system for ponds and lakes with 10 dual-loop diffusers and (4) 1/2 HP compressors in a large AireGuard cabinet, set up with a remote valve manifold for installs where the compressor sits away from the shore. Tubing is sold separately.
Features
- A shore-mounted compressor pushes air through self-weighted tubing to diffusers on the bottom, so there is no electricity in the water
- Mixes the water from the bottom up to help with weed and algae growth, odors and fish kills; most efficient in water 8 ft or deeper
- Self-weighted dual-loop diffusers land upright on the bottom
- Compressor: (4) 1/2 HP compressors (KM-120C 120V, 14 A total / KM-120HC 208-240V, 7 A total)
- Patented AireGuard cabinet filters dust from incoming air and uses fans to pull cooling air through the compressor
- Large cabinet (RA7-RA12) has four 3/8" mounting holes and 6 ft power cords with plugs
- Remote valve manifold lets the compressor sit far from the water (Kasco says up to a mile); valves in the buried valve box balance airflow to each diffuser
- Warranty: lifetime on diffusers and cabinet, 15 years on tubing, 3 years on the compressor motor, 2 years on piston cups and cylinders
