Our ever-popular 1.5HP Boilermaker now available with a 460 volt, 3-Phase motor! This means more oxygen, a greater flow of water and a stronger surface current for your lake while offering the efficiency and flexibility of 3-Phase power. This unit listed here for sale is a 1.5HP, 460 volt, 3-Phase motor, but we can customize this for several different horsepowers from 1/3hp up to 3HP and either 230 volt or 460 volt. Please call (833) 779-2837 for customer horsepower, voltage or electrical phase options.
If pond health is your primary consideration, this floating aerator's high oxygen transfer rates and large volume of water circulation make it an ideal selection. Its improved, high-volume surface flow brings maximum oxygen transfer to your water feature.
The Boilermaker's low-profile design creates the high-volume, "white boil" effect of highly aerated water, with a minimal vertical display.
The Boilermaker works well as a pond de-icer in winter, too. Like all Scott Aerator Company water features, the Boilermaker eliminates the need for time-consuming, costly winterizing products and procedures. Simply leave your aerator or fountain in the water, turn the power supply off, and forget about it for the winter. Once the water thaws in the spring, re-establish power to the unit and you’re good to go. All of the components will withstand sub-zero conditions without damage.
The Boilermaker is manufactured utilizing a stainless steel, oil-free, submersible motor, making it the most environmentally friendly water aerator on the market. There's no oil to change, no maintenance required, and no control box needed.
The Boilermaker comes standard with 100 feet of heavy-duty, 10-gauge, submersible power cord. Greater lengths are available. Landfill operators, please contact us about larger motor sizes and voltage options.
GFCI required. Please disconnect power source when swimmers are present.

Boilermaker Aerator Anchoring Method
My neighbors and I work on making the backyard pond enjoyable for the neighborhood kids every winter. We’ve struggled to come up with ideas to keep the ice in good condition for skating. We’ve tried everything from pumping pond water out to resurface, flame throwing to melt the top layer, to dragging a 55lb garbage bin filled with water. This has been the best investment by far!!!. I have 400ft of hose that i connect and by the time I shovel off the pond and get done cleaning everything up, it takes about an hour. Totally worth it!!
Was just what I needed
I’ll be honest — I don’t know the first thing about pond pumps. I just wanted something that would keep the water moving in my little backyard pond without a lot of hassle. This pump was super easy to set up, runs really quietly, and hasn’t given me any problems at all. The water looks great, and I haven’t had to mess with it since I plugged it in. Totally happy with it!
Great so far, is it possible to get 2 more dock mounts?
The machine works great in our lake to protect our dock during the winter months. The customer service at Midwest Ponds was excellent. Peter was so helpful and accommodating.
