Description
The Scott Aerator Dock Mount De-Icer protects docks, boats, pilings and boathouses from damaging winter ice by circulating warmer water from below. These models come fitted with the stainless steel Truss Mount Bracket (TM), made for metal docks and similar frames, in place of the standard dock plate.
Features
- Truss Mount Bracket for metal docks and comparable frames, using a non-destructive attachment method
- Draws warmer water up from below to keep water open around docks, pilings and boat lifts
- Keeps at least a 50 ft diameter area open with the 1/2 HP model and up to 70 ft with the 1 HP model, per Scott Aerator
- Stainless steel yoke allows up to 7 ft of depth adjustment
- Can be paired with the Scott Aerator Oscillator to rotate the unit and cover a larger area
- High-density polyurethane and stainless steel construction, approved for salt water
- Stainless steel, oil-free submersible motor: no oil to change and no control box needed; made in Holland, Michigan
- Unconditional 5-year motor warranty
