The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. If there are exigent circumstances where there was an error made by the seller with your order, we will be happy to cover return shipping.

MidwestPonds.com stocks almost all products we offer and typically ship within one business day. Free shipping options are available, but express shipping options are not included.

Most packages weighing less than 150 lbs are shipped via UPS ground service. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee, call for details!
